accommodation is above a showroom replete with Morgans from the
delights of the 30's 3 wheeler through many Plus 4s, right up to
the modern (!) Aero and the reincarnation of said 3 wheeler. The smell

Melvin and sindy have created an amazing bed and breakfast . Each room is luxuriously designed with so much emphasis on detail . The warm and friendly atmosphere only enhances what is already a lovely stay . The museum is gorgeous. Decorated and displayed in a very ' classy' way.
We loved our stay , the kitchen is wonderful . It has the home from home atmosphere. Congratulations to you both on providing a service that is second to none . We will definitely be back . Xx Rob and Michelle x

What a lovely hotel Archways Lodge is - friendly staff, spot on cleanliness, the most comfy bed I have ever slept in, kitchenette facilites a bonus! I adored the decoration and the personal touches. Very warm welcome by the two members of staff - one of them went the extra mile and printed a map and directions to a wedding venue in the middle of nowhere!
Room was ready by noon which allowed us to change for wedding.
Whilst no restaurant there was a very useful "kitchen in a cupboard" with some nice touches - coffee, orange juice, crisps, microwave, wine glasses etc.
Plenty of parking.
The "chambermaid" was a hoot!

Everyone who staffed the hotel, the architectural and interior design, the Japanese influence seen through the selected artifacts and furniture all enriched the ambiance of St.Michael's Manor. The surrounding environment is beautiful. Just go and stay at this hotel. It is magnificent.

I loved the beautiful Historic building, the restaurant was lovely, the food is amazing, the back bar is relaxing and full of period charm, the breakfast was great, my room was to a very high standard with a very comfortable bed. The staff were also welcoming and helpful. This is a great hotel with lovely features.

It is as if time has stopped. Beautiful and of great historical value. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Staff is very helpfull and they enjoy their job which is very important. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms as they don't provide family rooms. We arrived early and they let us leave our luggage and also changed our rooms so that we had adjoining rooms so the children could be close by.
Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Lovely breakfast also. Great Stay. -

It was our girls birthdays and we had just taken them to the Harry Potter Studio's and when we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed with a smile. The staff member was very friendly and helpful and chatty with the girls. When we arrived down for dinner the two waitresses were extremely helpful and lovely, always smiling and talking to the girls which is always nice as you can go somewhere and they get completely ignored!
