The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

the hotel was amazing, the staff were so polite and helpful and lots of complimentary things ! eg rang up and offered us hot drinks upon arrival into the room! - It was of exceptional design, clean, staff we excellent and the rooms were spacious contemporary in design - it was fantastic for the price!!!!!

Everything about the stay was fantastic, i wish i could have stayed longer! Huge comfy bed, sky sports in the room pleased my husband a great deal. Wifi and parking was free/included in the price of the room. Breakfast was fantastic the best I have had! Staff were extremely friendly, everyone says hello and would definitely go back!

It is as if time has stopped. Beautiful and of great historical value. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Staff is very helpfull and they enjoy their job which is very important. High class. two dumbs up ! - I was there for a family wedding and everything about the hotel, location and staff was abslutely fantastic. would thooughly recommend it

Wouldn't hesitate staying again or recommending it I have read a lot of negative reviews on this hotel and I have to ask myself if we were writing about the same hotel! - Was attending a training conference at the hotel, so great to have a room on site. Very quiet room with a lovely outlook. Very impressed with the deer grazing outside of my window! Lovely breakfast - nothing too much trouble. Would definately recommend and stay again. Also very easy to find, however a better sign at the opening to the turn off would be a help as some people missed it.
