me and my girlfriend stayed here for valentines day, it was amazing value for money! we really enjoyed everything about it, great location, right in the middle of the promenade, near to the the spa and right on the beach front. it was very clean and surprisingly very modern, suited me right down to the ground. i really enjoyed it and will be looking to come back again.

Lou and Paul are great hosts who make you feel very welcome. The hotel was very comfortable, good quality bed linen and towels, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the Beach (although there is lots of building work there at present. Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful. Parking wasnt a problem, free wifi, good location for beach access and a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable with good size bathroom and excellent shower. Best B&B in the area and great value.

Everything! On arrival we was greeted and showed to our room and the
landlady was more than helpful. Paid and got a receipt. Lovely clean
beds & room. Excellent Price for what we wanted the room for
(Overnight stay), Great Value for us as we are on a budget, Nowhere
cheaper and let us have an extra hour check out. Lovely couple:)

As it was a self catering apartment you had the basic comforts of home. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach, it was what you pay for, it's great for a couple of nights break. We would go back again and would recommend this place if your expectations aren't high. Shower didn't work but was fixed within a couple of hours after we told the owners who were really sweet and helpful

Peace and tranquility. The hayloft was wonderful we could look out on to a beautiful garden and watch and listen to the birds just so peaceful. Five miles from beach one mile from local village with excellent pub the anvil. A wedding celebration that held the ceremony and wedding breakfast at hotel. All wedding details went perfectly to plan. The wedding breakfast was well presented and the food was delicious. Two-bedroom apartment on the third floor, immaculately presented, clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. The charming and helpful owners clearly care about their guests - Andrew was kind enough to wait up for our late arrival.
