Absolutely fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back, the room was spotlessly clean and even though the guest house was very busy, the staff could not do enough for you, breakfast was hot and fresh, and nothing was too much trouble, i like how you ordered what you want using a tick list for your breakfast the day before.

we had an enjoyable two days, we had a lovely room, we were warm and comfatable, everywhere was spotless, and nothing was to much trouble, they could not have done more, maureen even keeps a supp;y of sweets in the hall for the guests.we were served tea on arrival, they gave advice on where to eat, and sreved a very good breakfast.

Lou and Paul are great hosts who make you feel very welcome. The hotel was very comfortable, good quality bed linen and towels, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the Beach (although there is lots of building work there at present. Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful. Parking wasnt a problem, free wifi, good location for beach access and a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable with good size bathroom and excellent shower. Best B&B in the area and great value.

We were made to feel welcome. Carol took breakfast orders when we arrived even discussing with the children what they would like to eat and how much.

Very comfortable, clean room and the owners are lovely, helpful, very accommodating and so friendly. Great being able to park on the street right outside (permit issued by the owners on arrival). Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. I chose a full English which was cooked to perfection and much appreciated! Would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Attention to detail was incredible. Parking no problem, food excellent and personal choices no problem. Kilburn supplied everything a girl could need for an overnight stay. They even upgraded me with my own ensuite so I didn't have to be seen in a dressing gown, which they even provide! Coffee and cake bar on arrival; bags carried up the stairs. All the other guests said 'good morning'. A good glass of red wine and conversation (if wanted), provided in the bar. Local knowledge excellent. K

Carol, Nigel and Amy are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are great and Burlington Quays is lovely and clean. The nearness of the beach is an added bonus (less than a few minutes walk)and everything together made for a very relaxing holiday. We hope to be back again in the near future. -
