On the beach and long flat promenade walk in both directions.
The owners are welcoming, friendly, eager to oblige and the breakfasts are cooked fresh, individually served and well presented even for my gluten free requirements.
It was also great to have a parking facility at the premises.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon break and it was lovely. The location is very rural which suited us down to the ground as it was us time. The breakfast was lovely and filled us up for the day. There's a lovely pub down the road which does lovely food (although a bit pricey) & gorgeous views in the pub garde

The staff were incredibly helpful both before I arrived with travel advice and during my stay. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. The B&B is ideally situated for travel around the area - I used the buses and went from there to Poole in just over an hour and only a few minutes to Corfe Castle and about 20 minutes to Swanage. I loved my stay and would definitely visit again!

Very freindly arrival, given a free uprade and when booking in for dinner was offered a dinner bed and breakfast deal which was exceptional value. Both the Dinners and the breakfasts were of exceptional quality and delivered by superb staff. The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

All the staff we spoke to were very helpful. Our room was lovely and very comfortable and clean. We just made it for breakfast and the restaurant staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome even with 5 minutes to go! - A very friendly and welcoming hotel. The food is excellent

What did we like - Everything!
Warm and friendly welcome just like welcome visitors. We had a beautiful room in a wonderful thatched roofed home which also had really nice outdoor seating areas. The town and surrounds were wonderful with beautiful walk

I had booked a family room and on arrival we were shown both available
family rooms and were given the choice of which room we preferred - not
something I've experienced before. The room (12) was large, well set
up for a family of 1 or 2 adults and 2 children as there is a king size
double bed and two singles, with a pannelled wall separating adults from
children, whilst still being in the same room. Hotel very clean and
comfy for a family break.

You get what you pay for at the boscombe reef
Super friendly staff very helpful and willing to help. It's clean and breakfast was simple and easy to make. The bed my son and I slept in was comfortable and the rooms were warm. It's in a good location for the beach and resturants. Plenty of parking just down the road if you can't get a space outside

The country house was set in a very peaceful & tranquil location. We used it for access to the tank museum. There is a train line close by but it didn't bother us. The 4 of us were in room number 4. The staff at Kemps were wonderful. I was poorly on one night of our stay
there and they went out of their way to do whatever they could for me.
Nothing was too much trouble over the 3 nights we were there. We were
called to ask if we wanted breakfast on Monday morning incase we had
forgotten the change in time from weekend to weekdays. Agnes was
wonderful!!!! All members of the team were helpful and friendly - cannot
rate them highly enough :)

Staff exceptionally friendly, called ahead before we arrived and we were allowed to check in early, which was a welcome relief. Rooms were exceptionally clean, airy and modern.
