  Everything. Cool decor, kind, caring, genuine owners. Don't stay anywhere else!!! I especially liked that they didn't have Sky TV, or anything like that to take away from the beautiful setting. I found my four night stay there one of the most pleasant short breaks that I have taken in a long time. Everything was perfect.

  The kind hospitable couple that run the guest house.   The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   Un trato excelente, una persona muy amable, además la habitación estaba bastante limpieza. Lo recomiendo a quien vaya a Cornualles. - Lo mejor el desayuno y la ubicación. David ha sido muy amable e incluso nos dio el desayuno el último día a las 6,15 de la mañana porque cogíamos el avión muy pronto.

  We had a great stay at the Duke of Cornwall. The rooms were lovely. We had a seperate toilet but that didn't cause any problems. After my mum became ill and had to go to hospital Debbie and Karen couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was good. Debbie and Karen are keen gardeners and have created a beautiful space outside to sit and enjoy - Enjoyed the friendly relaxed staff & local character customers who add to the authentic feel of this well organised business. Both the tenants share the cooking two very charming ladies, who are eager and have a large menu choice. Use of local ingredient's such as Beef that is hung before use , great flavour. Large portions. Room was clean and great value good quality bed linen and a mattress for the price it was value for money. Well kept garden area.
