The staff were extremely welcoming. the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The ensuite was imaculate and the shower powerful. The view from room 7 was simply breathtaking. There was a smart TV in the room too, which was an added bonus, with a very wide choice of channels and perfect picture. The breakfast was the best we had in Scotland.

Staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, as we arrived too early. We then went to Inverary and looked around the castle. They even took the bags upstairs before we came back. Room was quirky and lovely. Bathroom too. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast and fish. Plenty to eat. Nice view from restaurant. Also have garden to sit in.

The hotel overlooks the Western Ferries terminal for the Gourock Ferry and is ideally placed for ferry travellers. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. La ubicación del hotel. - the staff were above average. the service was excellent. the food was perfect. everybody was friendly. - Bridgett was fantastic and so welcoming, even though we were the only guests it was still such a fantastic hotel! And a great location, a nice walk to a kirk and then Helensburgh.
