We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. I loved how you could tick on a menu the night before what you would like for breakfast - my brie/tomato/bacon rosti was perfection especially as I could eat it whilst watching 2 red squirrels scampering around the garden overlooking the river. I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

The breakfast was the best i have we have ever had when on holiday, and as we are in our late 60's and have travelled a lot, I think this speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality with everything.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, bright and airy, and everywhere was completely spotless. A guest lounge is available abc we were even offered tea and coffee at no charge one afternoon when we were sitting in there deciding where to go first in Pitlochry. This Guesthouse was fantastic. Lovely guy who runs the place couldn't do enough for everyone. Great to talk to if you need advice about what to see and do nearby! Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities- exactly what we needed. Very spacious place with lots of different public areas meant we could wander about and not feel like we were creeping around someones house! Very warm welcome from staff. We arrived early wet and tired and they kindly let us leave our bikes and wet bags in the hotel till our room was ready. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service at breakfast great. Hotel set in quiet relaxing location away from main road. Owners very friendly and helpfull. Would stay here again -

Accommodation was of a very high standard. Meals were served with timed bookings so we got great service when we needed it but were left to enjoy our meal as each course arrived. - Staff were excellent. Very polite,friendly and helpful.
