This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

The Royal Quays apartments were perfect. Spotless, modern and a home from home. Paul and Angela who own the flat were great, really friendly and have great knowledge of the area and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The apartment is well furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
It is spotlessly clean, has free fast wifi and the owners are very friendly and helpful, they obviously know the area very well.
A taxi to the centre of Newcastle was £11 fixed fare. The apartment is close to excellent beaches and great restaurants at the Fish Quay.
We would definitely re-book if visiting the area again
