If there was an option to give the staff more than a 5 + rating then I would. Thouroughly enjoyed my long weekend here and the staff were remarkably helpful and pleasant. I would hope this gets back to them and they can be commended for this.

This is a really special hotel. We really loved the quirky modern design. Everything was top notch. The staff were super friendly. Because we were kept waiting for a few minutes when we were checking in we were sent to our room with a bottle of champagne. The room was large and bright and decor interesting. Good free wifi - the kitchenette and 2 TVs were an unexpected bonus. (Would love to come back when the strip fire all along the front window of the hotel is alight in the cold weather.)

Esta muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad con buen acceso a todo (tren, centro, accesos por carretera) , la habitación, aunque con muebles rústicos, estaba bien equipada era cómoda y las camas buenísimas. 5* in our opinion. Modern contemporary and extremely comfortable.
Bedrooms were fabulous, from decor to complimentary refreshments,
bathrobes right down tho the Aveda products in the bathrooms. Cocktails
are a definite must, as is food, especially breakfasts which we enjoyed

Céntrico, amplio, cómodo - I like the Central nature of apartments unlike those on the Quay - the people watching through the windows was amazing - A little lively at night but hey yo are City Centre - The apartments are 100 metres from the Monument metro stop with easy and I mean easy access to Airport and Station. Staff were very friendly and our group of four girls felt we were staying in someone's flat, not a hotel.
