The staff were just great, so helpful. It was fantastic the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with you for a couple of hours till check in time, most hotels do not offer such a service or if they do there's a charge. When we readthe reviews people made, I thought I would be bad. But we had notrouble.there was no check in queue and staff was well mannered. I woulddefinetly visit again. I actually booked the Hotel to watch a show at the M.E.N. andgot a Taxi there from the hotel cost £5-6 superb. - The hospitality was great we came up for the weekend and stayed 2 nights, We were met by Martin and May who made our welcome and stay very pleasent, the breakfast was great, decent bacon no fat, sausages, beans eggs all fresh, toast and cereals all you can eat it was brilliant.

Everything but you do need a car to get to every where. Very Nice Staff and Location and really impressed with the quality of facilities.We stayed at the Brittania Hotel Manchester for 3 Days prior and it was more expensive and did not compare with the quality of simple things like fitting and Bathroom layout.

I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels.
