we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly

The service of the Hotel staff and the communication of the staff before/during our stay. The accommadation was of a very high standard and we would certainly stay again. - the apartment was excellent, well equipped and really clean. i would reccomend this to anybody wanting a short break in manchester.;

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. the apartment was bright and modern, nice and clean, towels were provided along with complimentary tea ,coffee, sugar and milk, there was also a " survival pack" in the bathroom with toiletries in which was a nice touch. The Qubec Building was within 5 mins walk to the MEN and 10 mins to the shops which was really handy. -

For cheap, budget accomodation with a friendly welcome I don't think you can get any better.The room was sparkling clean, bathroom and shower immaculate and piping hot water.All staff friendly but a mention to Mike who set us up for the day with a brilliant breakfast - cheers Mike. Perfect for any-one going for shopping week-end, gig etc as on bus
