We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!! - I was most impressed with the food provided

Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful.
Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.
Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic.

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully.
