Very clean, cozy B&B. Owners extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as to attractions nearby, breakfasts wonderful - home cooking including home made preservatives. Extremely good value for money, tea, coffee and biscuits always plentiful in room, very clean and comfortable beds. Loved it all.

Not only had all you could require but also a choice of such. The breakfast is attractive and enjoyable.
The location is very near to a Forest walk and wildlife.
We were made most welcome upon our arrival. Our room was clean, very comfortable and well presented. Our host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about the area. Lovely breakfast. Would certainly recommend it.

Everything is perfect we have been to clayhill house several times over the past 10yrs and the standards have been excellent.

Although on a busy road, was not too aware of this once inside and the hotel's situation for New Forest exploration is great. Good, old fashioned comfort, cosy and welcoming.

The B&B is on a busy road and the traffic was quite noisy at times.
Almost nothing to say. The bathroom was rather cramped compared to lovely good size room but acceptable. Re' comment on Lyndhurst village, it has terrible traffic problems , Bank hols and summer.
