Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

  The location was a stone's throw from the ACC and Echo Arena. I attended a conference and could come home for lunch. The Albert Dock is also very, very close. Tesco Metro is really close 5-7 mins walk away and there is a bigger Tesco for food supplies on Hanover St. about 10 mins away. I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!

As a family of 5 we had booked the 3 bedroomed apartment and were surprised to find one double bedded room plus 2 very large triple bedded rooms (slight dormitory feel to them!). The apartment was within easy walking distance of town and a taxi cost just over - Colin made contact with me on check in day and was very helpful when I became stuck in traffic and was going to arrive late. Quiet location and easy to find as it is signposted. I booked two apartments for the group and we were given ones that were opposite each other in the corridor.
