Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

I think the renovation of the old building (where, incidentally, my
father worked in the Accounts department in his younger days) is both
attractive on the outside and very tasteful on the inside. I like the
fact that the brickwork has been left exposed in places on the inside.
The provision of self catering facilities in the room is most welcome
particularly when travelling alone and they are cleverly hidden behind

We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the city centre. -

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock.
Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big!
We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar!
The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly.
I would go back.

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few
steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery.
The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.
