  For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. They do not advertise free wifi but we were able to log on at no charge. - As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

My mistake but the manger John was so polite and professional about our cancelation that I would definatly make it my business to go there understanding and great staff like that are so hard to come by these days as I stay in hotels quite a lot! It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.

  What can I say I treated my family to a Saturday night stay on the Yellow on the 12th of April as part of their Christmas present I did not know what to expect and we are all mixed ages ect.I did not know how it would go down!!!! It could not have been better everyone loved the boat the glitz and the big bed (Who was sleeping there?) We had a fant... lo que la gente dice » astic time the bad review would be that there were only a few flute glasses and the gin and tonics were served out of mugs but we managed. Next year - I loved the way they had given attention to detail on the smallest of things to make it feel like a home away from home rather than a hotel. Having sky TV and a DVD player and large flat screen TV brilliant. Plenty of room to move around and doesn't even feel like you're on a boat. For a unique experience as a place with a difference to stay I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10 for comfort, ingenuity and being respectful to the legacy of The Beatles.

  The staff were polite and friendly and showed us all around the boat before leaving us to our own devices, The joker boat is amazing bright and clean with all mod cons, great for children and teens as this is better than a boring hotel room ! It is quiet at night so sleeping was easy especially as the beds are so comfortable and there is nothing better than having your morning brew looki - i went with a group of friends to celebrate a 50th birthday, upon arrival the owner was waiting on the boat for our arrival, the joker boat is very stylish and clean and in a great location near to the bars and restraunts we are all going to book again next year as have another 50th to celebrate. a big thank you to the owner of the joker who sent a bottle of champagne for the birthday girl which was very much appreciated, we would not hesitate in recommending the joker to anybody.

  The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool.
