The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily.
Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided.
The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor.
Overall, I would stay here again.

Solo tienen que cruzar el parque y tomar uno de los autobuses. - El desayuno está muy bien, te lo hacen al momento y puedes repetir. El personal muy amable.La habitación triple es algo pequeña pero para unos cuantos días y por el precio que tiene es más que suficiente! Todo estaba limpio y recientemente reformado. Buena comunicación (aunque no funciona la línia central en Sheperd's Bush, via autobus hasta Notting Hill Gate se llega en 5 min perfectamente)

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in

We chose the hotel because it was close to the O2 Shepherds Bush empire, but it was also very easy to reach from Heathrow and relatively close to the city center. We had a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel so it was a very quiet room, no traffic noise from shepherds bush road. Breakfast was good, and in the immediate surroundings there were several supermarkets and plenty of other places to buy food and drinks. Great for Westfield shopping Centre , about ten minutes walk away from there and Shpeherds bush station . Had room 22 this time , slightly bigger which made it alot better than room 24 , still small room but for 2 for oe night perfectly ok . Breaksfast simple and as much as you like . Bargain price . Suggest if driving park at westfield shopping centre 24hrs parking for £6 , eat at one of the mnay restaurants there or there is an indian very near this hotel . Perhaps a visit to the cinema too a
