Wo - The room we stayed was spacious. The staff were accomodating even when our booking confirmation was misplaced. All staff are friendly there. Budget friendly Hotel. A short walk away from Westfield Shepherd's Bush/ tube.

  We really enjoyed the stay at the London Visitors Hotel. Even though we booked a basic twin room with shared bathroom, they upgraded us to a nicer room ensuite. It is located 20 minutes walking time - We had the absolute best experience at the London Visitors Hotel. It is a beautiful building, lovingly remodeled. Our room was plenty big for 3 adults and an 11 year old. The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind and attentive. I had to take a trip to the ER and the staff called a taxi for us, offered to make me chamomile tea while we waited, and was genuinely worried. You don't find that kind of concern everywhere! It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!
