Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want
to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time
and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem".

breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

The Hotel was of a good clean standard with friendly and helpful staff.
The room was very pleasant, clean and cheerful, not large but we have
had smaller in London. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was

Location! A short walk across Kensington Park to the V&A Museum and
other great collections. Good tube connections to Queensway Station just
a few minutes walk away in a "safe" area of London. Good
shopping and eating locally or a couple of stops away on the tube. The
continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality
product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here
again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the
Troy should raise

Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel, en una zona muy céntrica, con buenas comunicaciones tanto por metro como por líneas de bus. Hola, lo que mas me ha gustado ha sido la poca distancia que hay del hotel a la estación de metro, el desayuno sin duda es excelente y que tenian la calefacción muy alta. - La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y era confortable. La situación del hotel con respecto al centro de Londres es buena.
