When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

  The Hotel was of a good clean standard with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very pleasant, clean and cheerful, not large but we have had smaller in London. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was warm. (The weather was bitter cold during our stay!) The breakfast (continental)was also plentiful with a good choice. The continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the Troy should raise

  Hotelli vaikutti siistiltä, valoisalta ja hyvin hoidetulta. Vastaanotto oli ystävällinen ja pääsimme heti yhteisymmärrykseen, vaikka maksu pitikin maksaa heti tultua eikä lähtiessä, kuten olin ymmärtänyt. Jälkeen päin ajatellen meidän kohdallamme menettely oli kuitenkin hyvä.
