The space in the apartments. We had an apartment for 6 - (3adults, 2 teenage children) Facilities in the rooms. Free wifi - fantastic! It was clean. The heating was easy to work & there was a stand alone cooler for the Summer heat. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra
