  I liked the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of a country house style hotel. For a woman travelling alone I liked the security of no long corridors and felt secure. My room was really fantastic and had many free toiletries and the hospitality tray was well stocked. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice of menu. Room I stayed in had a digital TV with many channels which I didn't expect to have. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and character. Very clean and tidy throughout. Would stay again if I was in the area.

  The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. Very comfortable room with a decent sized TV and a relatively small window but with a nice view (from the 11th floor) across Salford Quays. Excellent bar area. Location to ... lo que la gente dice » get to the centre of Manchester is first rate; the hotel is situated right in the middle of all the new BBC buildings and right beside the Lowry Centr - We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.
