very friendly staff nothing was too much effort. very friendly. the hospitality. Very good location - near sea.staff very good with son who us autistic. they provided blankets instead of duvets for us. The friendliness of all who were there.warm welcome, free to come and go as we pleased. Nice breakfast in the morning and great friendly staff. Pool table and bar onsite. todo comentarios »
Good choice available at breakfast. I never even looked at the menu. I just decided what I wanted (poached eggs on toast) and when I ordered it, it only took a few minutes to arrive.the very friendly greeting we recieved when we arrived!. nice staff. when i left. nothing. room was too hot for us. The shower.very dated decor, no lock on bathroom door, windows idnt shut properly and TV older than me gran. The bed was like sleeping on a bag of wriggling kittens. That mattress has certainly seen better days. It gave my husband a sore back, but by the time he felt it, we only had one more night to stay so didn't feel it was worth saying anything.there was no hot water in the shower and the crockery was chipped. the catch on the window in our room was broken and therefore very draughty. cash only payments and no receipt given. Breakfast at 08.30 only,. very dated.. rooms needed total refurbishment. i asked for downstairs room i got 3rd floor room shower had no hot water toilet seat was loose bed was like sleeping on pebbles we constantly had no hot water. couldn't get any hot water out of the shower, sink was in seperate room to toilet,the toilet was cramped knees touching wall when sitting on it and the carpet behind the toliet was mouldy and wet and smelly.didn't say anything at the time my wife was in hospital at the time and i wanted to get to the hospital as quickly as possible.
