  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with 3 single beds and plent of room to walk around. The view was amazing, and perfect for us to get ready in and crash for one night. You're a short walk to the Lanes and the beach front so location is ideal - Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

  I have stayed here once before, many years ago and I remember it was a good choice then. It was a good choice this time too. It is located in West Hove, which suited me for my purposes, but may not suit everyone. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.
