Staff was great. Very helpful on check in, train location, bus location, restaurant, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Normal continental cereals, toast etc, but the all you can eat a la carte was great. The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.

An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Lovely hotel, brand new 2010, good location near Ilford Station and Gants Hill tube station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, health breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt like home.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room as well as a hair dryer and a euro/shaver plug adaptor. Bathroom was clean. Can't comment on use of the shower as I didn't use it.
In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.

fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

Reception staff very helpfull and kind. Night shift reception. You are the man!!! Me and my friend came to London for 4 days. Our team Olympiacos took the Euroleague championship and then we left. It isn't a modern and luxury hotel but is warm and comfy.
Excellent cleaning service.
Very reasonable price.I had a loft room which was very nice and quiet.

Relación calidad-precio - No hemos encontrado problemas al llegar y acceder a la reserva, habitacion limpia, con nevera, y con el cafe cada manana, por si no llegabamos al desayuno, cuarto de bano grande, muy completo, todo muy normal y muy correcto. Tambien nos dieron un adaptador para los aparatos europeos, muy bien, repetiria.
