  The hotel was clean and comfortable and the car parking facilities were good also. Have stayed in several Ibis hotels and they are all really good.   Staff was great. Very helpful on check in, train location, bus location, restaurant, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Normal continental cereals, toast etc, but the all you can eat a la carte was great. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu had a lot of options and the food was really good. It stayed open until 10 s - The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.

  We booked quiet room (got 214) and it was real different compare rooms with windows to A406 Good price 4 short brake in London. + free wifi in rooms Thanks - I appreciated staff attitude was very feiendly. Secondly, I liked tidy room. Thirdly, I liked Tesco facility. Many Thanks.

  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. Rooms are bit small but travelling from USA to Europe, that is the norm. However you will forget about the smaller sized rooms after the way the hotel treats you... vad folk säger » . It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

  Bra bemötande från personalen, det mesta gick smidigt, tekokaren på rummet var trevlig - clean, spacious, quiet room, friendly staff, - it was a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly yet professional. breakfast was excellant. would definately reccomend to friends.

  Lovely hotel, brand new 2010, good location near Ilford Station and Gants Hill tube station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, health breakfast. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room as well as a hair dryer and a euro/shaver plug adaptor. Bathroom was clean. Can't comment on use of the shower as I didn't use it. In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.

  The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. The place was very close to metro station and shop market, so it is east to city tour. There was cattle in the room that we liked so much and Wi - fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back
