This hotel is lovely and modern in great location and great staff especially Nasted who work in reception was a big help for the start of the holiday till the end. The food was good every day was different & so much choices to have. Two swimming pools kids & adult pools I loved my stay here would definitely come back & would recommend

My wife & I stayed at the Palmen some years ago when it was owned by Arif who became a friend over many years of holidaying in Alanya -
The apartment was fit for purpose, nothing spectacular and small. Staff were helpful.

Staff was very kind and helpful.
Staff also speaks German
There were plenty sun beds and space for swimming.
Guests were all mature/older and no kids (if you come for your rest)
Buffet was different every day and very tasty
Beautiful surroundings, with a view both on the sea as well as mountains -

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean welcoming rooms, location very close to the sea and places of interest, such as the castle, museum, aquapark etc.
