  This hotel is lovely and modern in great location and great staff especially Nasted who work in reception was a big help for the start of the holiday till the end. The food was good every day was different & so much choices to have.   My wife & I stayed at the Palmen some years ago when it was owned by Arif who became a friend over many years of holidaying in Alanya - The apartment was fit for purpose, nothing spectacular and small. Staff were helpful.

  Excellent location and staff, very helpful and friendly honest people/family who work there, they are all brothers. There is always someone in the reception. When there was a problem they fixed it immediately. Norwegian owned hotel with individual apartments which are taken care of and rented out for the owners by the hotel staff. We had spent a great time in alanya. - Nice, clean and safe. Excellent buffet food. Friendly and good staff. Very good for the money and everything we were looking for.
