It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport.   Good parking, lovely clean room, staff very helpful, convenient to public transport. Caught bus into city centre then train down to lake.   Liked everything about this hotel, staff were very nice and helpful, location was very close to train station, room was cozy and clean, breakfast was the best we had during our 4 day stay in Switzerland. - Very charming and authentic wooden hotel, very few rooms make you feel like in family chalet.
