  Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Arrived early but they arranged early check in. It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport. It is nearby (you can walk over the bridge if you know your way) but it is an awkward place to reach if you ... o que as pessoas dizem » do not know the area so it is good Ibis finance a regular shuttle. - I don't normally book Ibis Hotels as there rooms are ridiculously small, but this one was quite the opposite, enough room to have suitcases in without tripping over them, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable , staff very friendly, very convenient as it's close to airport and train station , food at restaurant was also quite nice

  Good parking, lovely clean room, staff very helpful, convenient to public transport. Caught bus into city centre then train down to lake. Being novice travellers and English speaking we had no hassles getting around and conversing. - Really great hotel. Nicely renovated,very clean,comfy big bed & close to everything.   I would say the best memory of the hotel is the manager- Floriant. He is a very nice and helpful person, ready to assist in questions that arise during the stay in Lausanne/Renens. The rooms look nice and are always clean. TV and Internet work perfect!   Liked everything about this hotel, staff were very nice and helpful, location was very close to train station, room was cozy and clean, breakfast was the best we had during our 4 day stay in Switzerland. - Very charming and authentic wooden hotel, very few rooms make you feel like in family chalet.
