  Family room was very spacious.Has its own terrace!Our room was spotless clean and beds were comfortable.The hotel is a walking distance to Interlaken train station.Male staff which handled our checkin at the reception was very friendly and helpful.Buffet breakfast was included in the room price.Fruits,breads, cereals,cheese, yogurt and juices were... lo que la gente dice » served.We are pleased with our stay ;) - Simon is very nice and with great patience; the room is big and they are doing their best to satisfying guest's request, like early morning taking away breakfast, consolidate the order for staying in one room, and got some useful tourist information.
