The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.

The spacious modern fit out is stylish, the local neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming - not too busy, so peaceful and quiet. Very handy 10 minute walk to main shopping streets, and pleasant 30 minute ramble to river or Barrio areas. The Mushroom is a great attraction with excellent food market to enable easy self catering. I liked the location in between the airport and the Cathedral. Possible to walk from and to the airport. No taxis or buses are needed to the main attractions. I liked the spacious apartment. I also liked the young lady, Marisa, at the reception, who welcomed us, showed us round the apartment and gave us tips for our holiday. She is a warm welcoming person who helped out when needed and is an asset to SleepinSevilla.

The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too.
The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner.
These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

The location was wonderful. Next to everything but still in a small street. Only as noisy as the noise was from the the cute bar around the corner. Didn't bother us. Was easy to come and go. Good for cooking if you wish to do so.

The apartments are very cheap, and quite big (for 3 persons). It is in the middle of sevilla, 15 min walking from the cathedral. The old lady who made us the check in, was a very nice person.

Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!
