We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,
with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!!

Nice apartment, newly renovated, good kitchen,big flat screen tv; well situated : close to auto-bus station, and the airport express starts from there too, main sights within walking distance, two supermarkets nearby. Staff at reception really nice, 24h service. -

Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in

Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

Infallible! We had a fantastic stay and are so glad we chose this place. There was not a details not covered from daily room service to international TV,Initially disappointed because their.legendary was closed for National Labor day but it opened 2hours before our departure ,and we felt so special by their speedy service to have us taste their legendary tapas,by far it was the Best And Unique& creative Tapas that we had in Spain. Great location, very modern spacious apartment with all amenities provided. Very helpful host when there was a difficulty with our booking. We were moved to another apartment for our last day which was equally well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
