Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The
fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the
receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it
possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good
restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The Animation staff was excellent
with the children.

Great location, very close to the beach, the sand dunes, and the
shopping centre which the major bus routes pass on. The pool was lovely,
the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little
apartment away from home.
the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about.

Me gusto todo. El trato del personal fue estupendo. El apartamento está bien dotado. La piscina climatizada estaba para entrar y no salir... Lo recomiendo. - La excelente ubicacion con repeto a la paya y la relacion precio/calidad.Las habitaciones no tienen lujo pero estan completas.El día de salida tienes derecho a una ducha de cortesia.

The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.
