  We hadden een fraaie hoekbungalow gekregen. Tuintjes waar bungalows in staan werd goed onderhoudenService goed, verzoeken werden direct uitgevoerd. Schoonmaak goed, om de twee dagen, met schone badhanddoeken.Ligging van strand 500 meter.Parkje bestaat uit twee parken met weg ertussen van ieder 15 bungalows.   All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around. Well stocked kitchen bu... wat mensen zeggen » t there was no electric kettle. Wi-Fi was better than expected. Hard to find better value at this price. Electronic safe and electronic gates so we fe - Excellent staff. Excellent service. Great pool (had it to ourselves!) Very accommodating about our late departure. WE WILL RETURN!!!

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. All in all a very pleasant experience. - the apartment was v,clean.the guys in reception (guilleme and the other lad who didnt wear a name badge)v.helpful.gave us names of super local restaurants.great pool.no rush for sunbeds.the nightime bar outside was very relaxing,came back there most nights.

  Friendly, efficient staff. A pleasantly landscaped site in two halves with a clean, good-sized attractive pool for each half (each has a kiddy pool and shower too). The bungalows are roomy and very clean with plenty of wardrobe space (and hangars). Two comfy twin beds in each of the two bedrooms. The living room is quite roomy with a good sized TV with p - Great location, very close to the beach, the sand dunes, and the shopping centre which the major bus routes pass on. The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little apartment away from home. the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected.   The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. In our opinion, this hotel would be competitive within... wat mensen zeggen » the 4 star range, but easily beats the others with 3 stars. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.
