Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

En realidad el hostal estuvo bastante bien, muy buena ubicación, a dos cuadras de una de las avenidas principales donde puedes tomar los buses turísticos. La limpieza muy buena. Dueño amable. Everything at this hostel is perfect. It really is like a home and feels like a boutique hotel, except that you're just staying in dorms. Beautiful dorms at that. The staff and owner are lovely and so helpful. It is in one of the best locations in Barcelona in a beautiful tree-lined, semi-pedestrian street so it is relatively quiet and very tranquil. It is such good value for money.

casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to. Also, the staff was very experienced and helpful and added tremendously to the environment of the hostel. They have wifi available and the common area was the perfect place to relax a bit and meet other travelers. I will undoubtedly return to next -
