La tranquilidad y el buen ambiente que se respiraba en el hotel. La comida estaba excelente. Excelente relación calidad precio. Habitaciones amplias y comodas.El trato recibido por los trabajadores. La atención d l@s recepcionistas y algun@s camarer@s. digamos que el servi en la picina. Que para llegar a la habitacion habia que caminar mucho por largos pasillos, pero asi se bajaba la comida pq me puse hasta las cejas a comer en el buffet.todo comentarios »
Aunque los empleados eran españoles, todos los carteles estaban exclusivamente escritos en inglés. Hubo dos días que no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación (además del viernes que no se hace). Si eres de los que pasan mucho tiempo en el hotel y te gusta relacionarte con otros clientes, has de saber que tendrás que hacerlo con un 90% de clientes ingleses. El servicio de limpieza era un muy malo en las zonas comunes del hotel.Los pasillos estaban sucios,las mesas hall estaban muy sucias y permanecieron asi duernate un fin de semana entero sin que nadie las recojiera y las limpiara.La única cosa negativa fue la limpieza alrededor de la piscina. Por la tarde estaba llena de vasos y platos plásticos, papeles, basura, etc. Hemos estado allí en un fin de semana de puente, y supongo que este hecho hace una diferencia en el tipo de clientes, pero realmente era muy incómodo estar a esas horas tomando el sol allí. Por último, la música del bar piscina estaba a un volumen muy elevado. La primera noche que llegamos tuvimos que matar tres cucarachas. Había una columna con su esquinera plástica que se había desprendido y la habían sellado con cinta aislante. Este "lujo" no se lo puede permitir un hotel de tres estrellas. La siguiente noche cuando llegamos al hotel no habían hecho la habitación y eso que no era el día en que el servicio de limpieza descansaba.Se ofertan como hotel, es un apartahotel, ni una sola bolsita de gel en el baño, las toallas, supergastadas, viejas, ni toalla para las piscinas, las hamacas rotas, o sucias, el baño tupida la bañera y olor a cloacas, y además de elegir y pagar el todo incluído, nos cobran 3€ diarios por la tv, (una vieja y pequeña tv), es increible que eso lo oferten como un hotel de 4****.MUY MAL. las toallas en mal estado su mobilario mal cuidamo para ser un hotel de cuatro estrella fatal. el servicio de limpiesa fatal.las mantas olian mal y el tapizados de las sillas del comerdor asquerosas.
