Marsha (speaks Good English) and Andrey are so helpful and caring. The lady in charge of the facilities is so dedicated and the places is always/everywhere clean.

little difficult to find as google maps sent us to the wrong place. Its
only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Take a right from the
station and walk to the bridge crossing the river. Here take a left up

Excellent staff & service, very friendly & helpful. This relatively new hotel is an excellent choice for a city center stay following several days on the train. Although the hotel isn't in the centre of the city, it has very good transport links to the city centre all of which pass nearby the hotel. The room was very nicely furnished, it was clean and it was comfortable. The staff is very helpful although they speak only the Russian language. I would definitely stay here again. -
