The staffs there are probably those among the best I have met at accommodations.
Marsha (speaks Good English) and Andrey are so helpful and caring. The lady in charge of the facilities is so dedicated and the places is always/everywhere clean.

Excellent staff & service, very friendly & helpful. This relatively new hotel is an excellent choice for a city center stay following several days on the train. A short taxi ride from the station, the Hotel is convenient, modern, clean & comfortable, with a restaurant serving an excellent breakfast (and other meals) with a wide choice

Although the hotel isn't in the centre of the city, it has very good transport links to the city centre all of which pass nearby the hotel. The room was very nicely furnished, it was clean and it was comfortable. The staff is very helpful although they speak only the Russian language. I would definitely stay here again. -
