I liked the location of the room we were assigned. this was away from the frontage, very quiet, safe and well lit. the added advantage the Palms was just down the road or you could make use of the on-site Cafe/Restaurant or bar facilities if you needed them. -

Our hosts were friendly and helpful, providing afternoon tea, maps and helpful hints for our visit to Christchurch. Our bedroom and bathroom were first class. We enjoyed some quiet time in the delightful garden and were treated to a beautiful breakfast which included fresh fruit and just baked muffins. It was nice to be able to walk to a local

The owner was very helpful & it was dog friendly, so I was able to have my sick GSD pup in his crate in the roomy chalet.
Very peaceful despite being close to main road, & it was easy to find my way there.

The owners were very accommodating & spent time telling us about the area. We were given an upgrade & the price was already very reasonable. Great location & new cottages with massive TV & king size bed. Very comfortable indeed.

The motel staff were excellent. They were un-intrusive but there when
you needed them. The rooms are clean and the spa bath feature is
inviting for Chch. Other little touches made the stay worthwhile. A
washing machine and dryer and a kitchen. The location is awesome with a
local bar, restaurants, supermarket, gas station within 2 mins walk.

Lovely and new, awesome apartment with great facilities just like home; laundry and kitchen and massive TV. All the extras biscuits, plunger coffee and even a sachet of laundry powder. Beautiful furnishings, linen, towels etc... Friendly man at reception, very welcoming greeted by using my first name :)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. She also was able to direct us to places where we can do some cheap shoppings. When we request for additional heater as my grandmother was feeling cold, the staff readily provided us with the heater without extra cost. We have a fully furbished 2-bedroom apartment with utensils which are clean. -

Lovely owner, really nice clean shared bathroom, with only a few other rooms on the floor so was never an issue. There was a nice bath/shower and toilet room, as well as additional toilet and seperate shower rooms.
The rooms were pleasant enough, very spacious with a slightly battered but functioning fridge.
Laundry facilities worked well.

The receptionist was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The position was brilliant being local to eating places and within walking distance for the city centre. -
