A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from! Felt very safe there and the place was super clean. Great reception and friendly team. Free WiFi and parking. Definitely would stay there again. Book here for sure! -

We loved being on the beach and hearing and watching the waves roll in. Loved seeing the surfers. Loved walking along the beach and the access to the warm saltwater pool. Had a mini kitchen in our room so one visit to the Supermarket let us eat breakfast and lunch on our balcony.

Roslyn apartments were fantastic. The kitchen it fully decked out with all the pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils you could need. I felt like I was back at home in my own kitchen! Apartment had everything you could ask for - it was living in a home from home - with all amenities. Great to be able to do washing during a long trip overseas. Undisturbed quiet atmosphere with great views of the city and Otago Bay. And close to shops and nice restaurants. Helpful but unobtrusive owners and even a cute cat.

The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends. It is so handy to the Octagon and in terms of graduation this was ideal.

Please look no further than this place ! The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious, very clean. There was even a dishwasher ! Every conceivable amenity has been provided. It's obvious that Rick and Nicola have put a lot of thought and effort into the comfort of their guests. -

When we arrived at the hotel, a lovely man named John helped bring in all our luggage. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We only stayed here over night but filled our requirements adequatelty
so we has very little involvement with a lot of the facilities. However
I do feel the fact you have to pay for parking extra is a bit rude as it
should be included & internet charges are ridiculously expensive

the hotel situated in from of the famous cadbury chic factory. the Nando's restaurant just next door as well as supermarket . the facilities are perfect , washing machine, dryer, kitchen amenities etc was just perfect. will surely stay there again for next trip

The hotel sits in a garden-like environment, which is rare to find in a city like Dunedin. The building itself is quite interestingly beautiful with a setback from the street. Very modern and comfortable, Bluestone is just a few minutes walk from the heart of Dunedin and very close to plenty of restaurants and the city's museum. The units are well appointed and equipped, and the room's washing machine/dryer combo was a life-saver for us!
The massive spa and large free wi-fi allocation are a bonus. -

We stayed with 4 people in a very spacious three-bedroom unit. Tons more space than you get in newly built motels, and a proper kitchen, all for a reasonable price. Our two bedroom unit was set well back from the road and was not only comfortable but also very quiet.
While there I discovered that one of my lens filters had shattered. When I asked the owner if I could borrow a vacuum cleaner to get the remains out my camera bag she insisted on doing the job for me!
