It was a beautiful resort, with wooden furniture everywhere. There wasnt any TV in the room but it more than made up with the spacious room, clean wooden furniture and bright bathroom. We took a one-hour island cruise on the lake. If you have time, I'd suggest you take the half day trekking trip, which promises more things to see. It's the only re

The room was excellent, the housemaids were extremely helpful, but the
reception staff leave a lot to be desired, they were unfriendly to the
point of rudeness.
A faulty refrigerator was fixed immediately.
Parking was good.

The facilities are good enough for a family to stay comfort. I don't need to find a laundry shop or go out to find something for lunch or dinner because you really can do it in your apartment or buy something from the Cold Storage at the Lower Ground Floor.
The pool quite big enougj and my children really love it. I'm going to stay right here again on my next visit to Penang.

the place very nice and calm and relax. The view and the beach activitise. also the garden very nice - Good service by reception staff. We had booked 4 hotel rooms but due to some reason was given 2 villas (interconnected). Also we were given comlimentary 2 lunches + 2 dinners for 8 adults!

Nice place to stay.lot of activities,during my stay hotel organized arm wrestling & karaoke competition.during my booking i didnt rquest for any breakfast pkage but im being provided by the hotel.i was stayed in an apartment suite with my family consisted of 1 small kid n 3 adults.highly recommended to all of u out there..;) -

The Hotel and Restaurant Managers were excellent and could not do enough to help us and make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
The restaurant was spotless at all times and the food was of high standard.
The swimming pool was olympic size and the lifeguard (Fahrid ?) was friendly, helpful and pleasant, as were the rest of the staff.

Kampung Air very interesting interior design accommodation provided. Very suitable for a family holiday. Peaceful atmosphere and unwind with views towards the lake. The rooms had orange coloured Roman blinds, adorning the windows that
overlook the pool and the sea. The staff were very friendly and the
beach was clean. It's the only 4 star resort at that part of
Pangkor. There were peacocks roaming about, couple of monkeys and many
hornbill birds. They even had a mini funfair after dinner which I
thought was a really nice touch. Breakfast was of good variety although
they could pay more attention to hygiene. We had breakfast alfresco,
overlooking the sea. B

good quality beds and bed linen made the stay very comfortable. service staff was helpful and professional in approach. overall a good experience. - Very nice place, good service, clean and comfortable room, TV with filmchannel, the breakfast was great.
