The property requires a deposit of 20% of the booking in advance via PayPal. It will send an e-mail with instructions, the day after booking. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including children). One bedroom can accommodate 3 single futon beds, and the other can accommodate 1 single futon bed and 1 double futon bed. The property will e-mail additional information after the booking, including travel directions. Please bring a copy of this additional information and a passport copy at time of check-in. Please contact the property upon arrival at Kyoto to arrange a meeting time. (Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.) A staff member will meet you at the townhouse to hand over the key, collect payment and give a tour of the townhouse. A passport check will also be conducted. At check-out, guests will leave the key in the mailbox. Guests who are booking a room for more than 4 nights will be required a pre-payment via Paypal. Guests will be sent an email from the hotel with the link to Paypal. To confirm the reservation, 100% of the reservation amount must be paid via Paypal within 5 days after the reservation has been made., including directions to the property. Please bring a copy of this additional information and a passport copy at time of check-in.
