  Absolutely fantastic location to enjoy the carnival. And Luciano bent over backwards to help us, even getting us tickets for the procession. The rooms were a very good size, spotlessly clean and had a huge balcony with views of the rooftops, a lovely sun trap in the morning. - Great central point for many other areas.   We stayed in Viagreggio as a jumping off point for visits to Pisa, Lucca and Cinque de Terre. The inn keeper was very nice and friendly and helpful to us. Each morning he got us onto the best bus or train for our day. He has good english which was very helpful to us, as we do not have any Italian language skills. Very clean and well maintained. - Very nice and helpful staff. Recommended good restaurants etc in the city. On top of that they found and returned 150 euro that feel out of nu passport at the reception. Nice rooms. Good location till the beach and city.
