Perfect location on the outskirts of Sirmione next door to the famous Sirmione Terme. Some excellent restaurants & supermarkets / shops within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). The accomodation itself is spotless. Flavio (the owner / manager) was extremely courteous & helpful. For instance on arrival in Italy I was unable to obtain a ticket entering the Autostrade at Bergamo Airport & was charged the full A4 motorway fee €60 (instead of €4.50) at the Sirmione exit. Flavio

The room was very comfortable and spotless.
They really made us feel at home, a tip for those who choose to stay there, have a drink in the balcony, relax and watch the lake....

Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. This is a very new resort, and is finished to an excellent standard, much better than the photos or price would lead you to believe. The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.
