  The hotel was perfect for our trip and allowed us to cut the costs of expensive breakfasts/lunches as the hotel offers a kitchen/living room. This includes an oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils. This was extremely helpful due to it being the fi - Perfect location on the outskirts of Sirmione next door to the famous Sirmione Terme. Some excellent restaurants & supermarkets / shops within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). The accomodation itself is spotless. Flavio (the owner / manager) was extremely courteous & helpful. For instance on arrival in Italy I was unable to obtain a ticket entering the Autostrade at Bergamo Airport & was charged the full A4 motorway fee €60 (instead of €4.50) at the Sirmione exit. Flavio

We came to Sirmione with a large group that were staying at the Grand hotel to celebrate a 40th birthday party. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.
