From the oringinal booking to the day of our arrival, the attention to detail and help to organize a few extras for a special ocassion it was all no trouble and all was done with professionalisim and care.   First of all - the way to the hotel is one of the beautiful ways I've ever drove in...it's a little bit far from Garda lake but worth the drive!!! The view is amazing - surrounded with green forest with nothing else around. The room was realy big and well furnished. Must visit the restaurant of Bagnolo and ensure yourself why they got 2 stars of Michelin. Wifi connection is available not only in the lobby but also in the rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly !
