  The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay extremely memorable and comfortable. They were also very helpful with advice on where to go and visit and places to eat. The hotel is in a great loction right on the lake with bars, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep.   The facilities were fabulous, particularly as the guesthouse was very accommodating to our dog as well. The service was excellent and the room/bathroom spotless.
