Everything was perfect. The room was large, the queen bed was comfortable, sheets crisp and clean, the ensuite bathroom had a great shower, heated towel racks and lots of room to move around. It was immaculate. The wifi signal was excellent. The grounds are well manicured and there are cosy seating areas throughout. Free parking was safe and secure.

A fantastic renovation of beautiful historic buildings by the owners,the finishes are a compliment to their obvious eye for design by blending new with old. Bed very comfortable and linen pristine. Our room offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside with Sienna in the distance.
The welcome offered to us on arrival was fantastic without being over the top and we were relaxing in our room no more than 5 minutes after parking the car. The pool sits on a terrace below the main buildings

We stayed for 7 nights and loved every moment of our stay. Hosts
Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through
the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much
trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to
visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary
fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights -
another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this
place was great.
